It was our first snack we had in Florence. It was an amazing choice to kick start you day with one of those. The flavour was good even if you are not friends of inserts. It was rich in flavour and soft in texture. The staff was also very nice and helpful.

this is SO GOOD. it’s been a week and i’m dreaming about this. absolutely loved the flavour of the innards and the green chilli drizzle over it. there are seats available but first come first served. not the most comfortable restaurant seats since it’s in the market but NO COMPLAINTS!

If you are in the marceto you have to try this shop. I tried panini labrettoto and panini porchetta! Amazing, both of them. Ita an experience you need to try if you are close. Try labrettoto if you are a fun of belly. If not try other pieces.

Nothing quite hits the spot like a lampredotto sandwich (cow innards) on a cold Italian winter morning. Try it while you are here. No funky taste and quite delicious. Located in the beautiful piazza del mercato a must visit landmark in Florence

The meat and tripes were sooooo good. The risotto de mare was also excellent! Price is reasonable for being in the centre of Florence but seats may be a bit tight. 10/10 will eat again. Don’t be intimidated by the queue as it’s a moving queue.

We ordered the lampredotto dish mixed beef meat and beef stomach. It was really delicious. Most customers seen queuing were asians. The counter staff even know how to speak a bit of Mandarin.
